Malkant Group Partner Program

Your Clients Need This.
You Don't Have to Build It.

Partner with Malkant Group to bring structured onboarding, AI readiness diagnostics, and professional excellence programming to your clients — under your brand or ours, with revenue share built in.

Built for Organizations With the Right Clients

The Malkant Group Partner Program is designed for organizations whose clients are navigating the gap between having AI tools and seeing results — and between placing staff and retaining them.

Partner Type

Professional Associations

HR, L&D, and operations associations whose members are actively navigating AI adoption and workforce development. Promote the summit and the AI Readiness Workshop as member benefits and earn a percentage of every enrollment.

Partner Type

AI Tool Vendors & Resellers

Companies selling AI platforms to mid-market organizations whose clients are underperforming on adoption. The AI Readiness Diagnostic helps your clients understand why — and creates a clear path to results you can point to.

How the Partnership Works

The partnership is designed to be low-friction for you and high-value for your clients. Here is the sequence from first conversation to active partnership.

1

Apply and qualify

Complete the partner inquiry below. We review your organization, your client base, and the partnership model that makes the most sense for your situation. Most inquiries receive a response within two business days.

2

Agree on the model

We discuss which partnership model fits your business — direct referral with revenue share, pricing passthrough where you include the summit in your client offering, or a bulk license arrangement for the AI Readiness Workshop. We document the terms in a simple partnership agreement.

3

Receive your assets

You receive a unique tracking link for attribution, co-branded event materials with your logo alongside the Malkant Group brand, one complimentary summit pass for a member of your leadership team, and promotional copy you can use immediately with your clients.

4

Run the pilot

For staffing company partners, the pilot is straightforward: identify two or three clients with placements starting in the next 60 days and register them through your tracking link. We run the experience. You and your clients see the outcomes. We document the results together.

5

Build the ongoing relationship

A successful pilot opens the door to a recurring partnership — the summit as standard onboarding for all new placements, bulk AI Readiness Workshop licenses for your client base, and over time, a deeper supplier relationship where Malkant Group supports your client success function.

Two Ways to Partner

Choose the model that fits how your business works. Most partners start with one and evolve to a combination of both.

Model 1
Direct Referral
You refer. We deliver. You earn a percentage.

Refer your clients to the Capability Summit or the AI Readiness Workshop using your unique tracking link. Earn a revenue share on every enrollment that comes through your link. No cost to you. No delivery responsibility.

  • 15% of every Capability Summit registration fee from referred clients
  • 15% of every AI Readiness Workshop license purchased through your link
  • For staffing companies: Malkant Group pays 5–8% back to you as a referral on any process optimization analyst placement that originates from a Capability Summit Day 3 blueprint
Model 2
Pricing Passthrough
Include the summit in your offering. You control the cost.

Include the Capability Summit or AI Readiness Workshop as part of your client service — absorb the cost as a differentiator, pass it through to clients as part of your onboarding fee, or split it. The summit co-brands with your organization throughout.

  • Absorb the cost: Include the summit in your placement service. Market it as a differentiator — "every placement includes a structured professional onboarding experience."
  • Pass through to client: Include the summit cost in your onboarding package. Clients pay at retail price or within a broader onboarding fee.
  • Split the cost: You absorb the placed employee's Summit Pass ($40). The client pays for their own Full Experience passes ($795 each).

Start With the Pilot

Rather than committing to a full program before seeing what this produces with your clients, we propose a defined pilot.

What the Pilot Is

Two or three of your clients with placements starting in the next 60 days go through the Capability Summit together. No custom build. No upfront fee beyond registration costs. We run the experience. You and your clients see the outcomes.

At the 90-day mark, we document the results together — how placement outcomes changed, whether the Day 3 blueprint generated staffing opportunities, and what the case study shows.

That case study becomes the proof point for making this standard across all your placements.

The Pilot Steps

  • 1
You identify 2–3 clients with placements starting in the next 60 days
  • 2
You confirm which partnership model applies to each client
  • 3
We provide registration links and co-branded onboarding materials
  • 4
Clients register. The summit runs. The pilot is live.
  • 5
90-day check-in: we document outcomes and agree on the path forward together

Frequently Asked

Everything you need to know before applying.

Is there a cost to become a partner?
No. There is no fee to join the Malkant Group Partner Program. The partnership is structured around revenue share and cost passthrough — you earn from what your clients enroll in, and we deliver the experience. The only investment is the time it takes to identify the right clients and introduce the program.
Can we white-label the Capability Summit under our brand?
The standard partnership is co-branded — your logo and the Malkant Group brand appear together on all materials. White-labeling, where the summit runs entirely under your brand without Malkant Group branding, is available only under a separate supplier engagement agreement where Malkant Group is contracted to provide ongoing operational support services on your behalf. Contact us to discuss that arrangement.
How is attribution tracked?
Every partner receives a unique registration link with a UTM parameter. Every registration completed through that link is attributed to your partnership automatically. You receive a registration report within 5 business days of each summit showing attributed enrollments and commission amounts.
What does the co-branded event listing look like?
Your logo appears alongside the Malkant Group brand on the summit event listing, the registration page, and all promotional materials for the events your clients attend. We provide the co-branded assets within 5 business days of a signed partnership agreement.
How long does it take to get started?
Most partnerships are active within 2 weeks of the initial inquiry — one week for the conversation and agreement, one week for asset delivery. For the staffing company pilot specifically, the timeline from agreement to first client registration is typically 30 days or less.
Do we need to attend the Capability Summit ourselves?
Every partner receives one complimentary summit pass for a member of your leadership team. We strongly recommend using it before your first client referral — understanding the experience from the inside makes every client conversation more credible. It is not required, but it is worth the time.
